This Purchaser Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for commissioning bespoke music or story services from our team. Order Process and Payment
When you commission a custom song or story, you’ll begin by submitting details through our contact form. Our team will provide a free quote based on your preferences. Custom songs start at $29.99, with optional add-ons such as express 24-hour delivery for $14.99. Payments are securely processed via trusted platforms (e.g., Stripe or PayPal), and you’ll receive a confirmation upon payment. Full payment is required before work begins to ensure a smooth creative process.
Creation and Delivery
Once your order is confirmed, the SongCreations team at Studio 105 Recording will craft your bespoke song or story, tailored to your chosen genre, style, and story details. You’ll receive a draft within 24–48 hours for review and feedback. If revisions are needed, we’ll work closely with you to ensure the final product meets your expectations. The completed creation is delivered in high-quality MP3 or WAV format within 48 hours of final approval, ready for personal use or gifting.
Ownership and Licensing
Upon delivery, you receive full ownership of the custom song or story, which is royalty-free for personal use. This means you can share, play, or gift the creation without additional fees. SongCreations retains no rights to the final product, ensuring you have complete control. Cancellations and Modifications
