• Your survey answers: who the song is for, their first name, the occasion, the genre, the voice, the language, the three short answers about them, and your name if you give it.
• The lyrics and the audio we make from those answers.
• Your email address, which we use to deliver the song and to help with your order.
• A device ID stored in your browser so you can find your own previous songs.
• Your IP address, used for security, to apply fair-use limits, and to show prices in your currency.
• Order details, if you make a purchase.

We use your data only to write and record your song, deliver and support your order, prevent abuse, and improve the service. We do not sell your answers, your lyrics, your songs or your personal information, and we do not use them to train AI models.

Your answers are sent to the AI providers that write the lyrics and sing the song, solely to create your song. The preview is stored so you can come back to it from the same device or link. Songs that are not purchased are deleted automatically after 7 days, together with the answers behind them. Purchased songs are kept so you can download them again.

We store a device ID and your draft answers in your browser’s local storage. We may use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising measurement (such as a Meta pixel) to understand how the site is used and how visitors find us. You can clear all of this at any time by clearing your browser storage.

Previews and their records are kept for 7 days and then deleted. Purchased songs, order and billing records are kept as long as needed to deliver your purchase and as required for accounting and legal purposes.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If your request concerns a specific song, include your Song Creations ID (in the site footer) or the link to the song. We will honour valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Contact us at the email address below with the subject “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do (access, correct, or delete). To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity or ownership of the email address or device before acting on a request.
