Refunds

You are never charged to create or hear a preview. If a preview isn’t what you hoped for, re-sing it in another genre or voice — the first re-sing is free — or start again with different answers.

If the full song doesn’t live up to the preview, we’ll make it right. Start with the revisions on your song page — another genre, another voice, or your own edits to the lyrics. If you still don’t love it, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you.

• We will refund or re-deliver if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download;
• We will refund or re-deliver if you were charged more than once for the same order;
• We will refund or re-deliver if you received a song that does not match the preview you bought; or
• We will refund or re-deliver if an extra you paid for (a lyric sheet, a WAV audio file, a second version) was not delivered.

• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase.
• Songs made from answers that asked for content our terms don’t allow.
• Commercial use of a song, which needs a separate agreement.

Email us at the address below with your order number or your Song Creations ID, which you can copy from the bottom of the page. Briefly describe the issue so we can help. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
