Song Creations uses AI to turn the details you share into a personalized song. Creating a song and listening to its preview is free. The full song and optional extras are available to purchase.

When you submit details for a song, you agree that they:

• are about someone you know, or about yourself, and are not intended to embarrass, harass or defame anyone; and
• do not include lyrics, poems or other text that belongs to someone else.

Do not ask for content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, or harmful. We may decline to make a song, and our providers’ safety systems may stop one; in either case nothing is charged. You are responsible for what you submit.

You keep all rights to the answers you give. When you purchase a song, you receive a perpetual licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes: playing it, gifting it, sharing it with family and friends, and posting it on your personal accounts. For commercial use — advertising, a release under your name, or any use that earns money — contact us first. You grant us permission to process your answers only as needed to create your song and run the service.

Lyrics and vocals are generated by AI models, so every song is different and results vary. We aim to follow your answers closely, but we cannot guarantee that a particular phrase, name pronunciation or musical idea will come out exactly as you imagined. Because you hear a preview for free before buying, and can re-sing it once, you decide whether a song meets your expectations before any purchase.

Prices are displayed on the site and confirmed at checkout, in your local currency where available. Please see our Refunds policy for refund details. All products are digital; no physical items are shipped.

Do not misuse the service — including attempting to bypass the daily limits, automating requests, disrupting the platform, or using it to create misleading, defamatory or unlawful content. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Creating your song is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service or a song is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date above shows the latest update. By continuing to use the service after an update, you agree to the revised terms.
